[Registration] [Age Rules]

Registration

If you would like a registration form to join our club for the upcoming 2007/8 season you can now download it here (Acrobat reader required). Don't forget to double check the age rules.

Parents: You should complete one registration form for each player. Please give the completed form along, along with the £40 registration fee and two passport-sized photographs of your son or daughter to your team manager.

Managers. All Managers please note:

1. Unless otherwise agreed each manager will send out membership forms directly to each prospective member for the next season.
2. Members must return the forms and cheques to their manager by 31st July.
3. Managers are to ensure that the team age group, gender and name is correct.
4. The Manager should retain a copy of each of their player's forms (this is important as the form contains: medical conditions / disclaimers / emergency contacts ) and sends the original Membership forms together with cheques and a full squad list to the Registration Secretary by the 31st August.
5. Managers are to ensure that the application form is completed to the best of their knowledge prior to submission to the Membership Secretary.
6. No player will be allowed to play in a competitive match without being a member and no team will be allowed to play a competitive game unless a squad list has been submitted.
